Apply for Equivalency Certificate from BCI. Provide degree transcripts & curriculum details. May need to clear an AIBE (All India Bar Examination) before registration.

Degrees & Courses

UK LLB (3-year or 4-year) may be recognized if it includes Indian law components. LLM alone does not qualify for direct practice. Always check the BCI’s latest approved foreign universities list.
